Thread: Have you guys heard about this?

A couple of days ago I found out that there is some kind of knock off of Nintendo Wii, called Miwi, which can actually be bought in some reputable stores even. It is very similar to the Wii, only crappier and costs something like $50.

Did you hear about this knock off before? And have any of you seen it IRL?

This Nintendo Wii clone was caught in the act trying to pass off as the motion-sensing console that is currently taking the world by storm, and it comes with extra blue pieces of plastic attached to its body, making it look more like the original iMac released in the previous decade. You won't be able to run any DVD-based games off this though as it is strictly an 8-bit console. Say hello to bootleg heaven.

I googled it when I first heard about it and most people do not seem too pleased with it. But I guess it’s good for people who are looking for a cheap gift for their kids or something like that, not for serious gamers…
