Ok Guys i have just discovered an easy and best solution to Pandorise your battery and restore it to it's normal state. No Wires Need to be Cut ( Soft Mod )
Requirements:
*A PSP with Homebrew ( custom firmware )
*Charger
First download attached file:
Download the file: ospbt 052.rar (attached here)
Once downloaded extract the file
Then plug in your PSP into USB MODE ( note. This method works for both the Fat psp and the psp slim and lite)
Then extract the downloaded folder into the GAME folder on your memory stick ( psp --> Game )
Exit Usb Mode and Go to Game --> Memory Stick
There should be an application there called * OS Pandora Battery Tool 0.52 *
Run It
A Menu Should Pop up saying * Warning Use at your own risk!! Press X to continue or O to quit*
Press X (if you follow these instructions carefully there should be no problem.)
Another menu should pop up
Go down 3 to * Backup bbbbattery eeprom to ms0:/eeporom.bin *
Click X ( What it does is backup the battery's data which we will need to restore the battery later on)
Once done Backing up press X and you will be returned to the Menu
Then go Down one Space *Convert to service mod (aka: Pandora's battery)*
Hit X
What This Will Do is Pandorise the Battery after it is a success and is complete hit X. You will be returned to the Menu. Quit the application and you will be returned to the PSP Menu. Turn Off Your PSP completely and Take out and re insert your PSP battery. If Your PSP turns on Automatically You are in pocession of a Pandora Battery.
Now To restore the Battery to its normal state what you do is Take out the pandorised battery and attach the power cord. Turn on your psp and it should switch on. When its on Pop In ur Pandorised battery Again. And again go to * Game --> Memory Stick --> OS Pandora Battery Tool 0.52 * Run It.
On the Menu Go Down to * Convert To Normal Mode *
Hit X
It Will Convert Back To Normal And when Done Press X to Continue
You Will Be Returned To The Menu Again and Hit * Quit now *
You Will Be on The PSP Main Menu. Turn Off the PSP COMPLETELY
Remove The Power Cord
Now Start Up Your PSP Again ( Note: Sometimes it will be semi Pandorised. What You Do Is Take Out the Battery and put it back in )
Your PSP would start up normaly
ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!
Hope This Guide Helped and if any questions please let me know
