Thread: New PSP

Hi, i have just got a psp slim and lite. I got it out of the box , put the battery in it and put it on charge. When it was charged, i turned it on and started to put the time and date in it. Before i finished doing this , i put it down and helped the wife with something. When i came back, the screen just had lots of vertical lines on it. I turned it off and then on again but it was still the same. I removed the battery and refitted it, still the same. Can anyone suggest anything. I will take it back to the shop tomorrow if no one can help. Just wondered if there was a reset function or something like that i could do. Thanks.

Don't reset it if it is a new device..!! I suggest it to take it back to the shop!

try it one or 2 time if nothing happens then I agree with irahat
