Cheat: Select any Level
While you are at the start menu, press X, Triangle, Up, Left, Square
to unlock all levels.


Unlockable cheats:
To unlock the following cheats, you have to complete the respective
tour of duty (US, Canada and Britan).

Unlock Unlimited Ammo cheat:
Finish the game on the Green Difficulty level.
OR
Finish the game with all Bronze medals.

Unlock Unlimited Grenades cheat:
Finish the game on the Veteran Diffculty level.
OR
Finish the game with all Silver Medals.

Unlock Unlimited Health cheats:
Finish the game on the Hardened Difficulty level.
OR
Finish the game with all Gold Medals.

Survival! Mode
Finish the game on Hardened Mode once, then the game will offer to play
in Survival Mode. Select "YES" when prompted to switch Survival Mode.
