Well i was doing some research on the net and i came across this application.
It is another PS3 theme creator out on the net, but i do not know who it is released by.

To install it run the application
It will ask you to download the .NET Framework 2.0
Instal it then away you go

This is pretty cool! I am going to download it later tonight and make me some sweet new skins! If given the chance I think I will post up some pics of my new PS3 themes! I have to tell my friends about this, I think they might like it as well.
