Thread: New Playstation 3 Gold and Diamond released

Let's say the world's most expensive Wii doesn't appeal to you. You figure, "If I'm paying $300,000 for a console, the least it can do is play Blu-Ray". So you instead focus on the world's most expensive PS3. Made by the same guy, it's covered in gold, emblazoned with 58 diamonds, and costs around $320,000.
$320,000. For that kind of price, Ken Kutaragi himself would have to go get a second job to pay for the thing.

Looks nice, no doubt about it, but I don't see the point in getting these super expensive consoles.
That said, I'm sure there are buyers for them, anything with gold and sparkle sells well (especially to customers who have too much money and too little real needs to spend it on!)

i agree that anything with gold and sparkle sells well but i don't think this quote goes with a PS3 which is covered with gold, emblazoned with 58 diamonds.We will buy PS3 for only playing games in it,not to look at it :P

Good point! That’s definitely what I use mine for, but people pay attention to different things I guess. I doubt that they would even make something like this if there wasn’t a market for it..
But what that market is.. I don’t know!!

i just can't understand why do they make such things? PS3 and gold/diamond just don't matches with each other.what's the use of covering a gaming console with gold and diamond? it's just a waste of time.

wowwww ... that looks amazing ..... if had much money i would buy it without thinking for once ... :P :P .... but the thing is they made it for people who have enough money tp spend on such kinda expensive things ... !!!
