Thread: God Of War 3 Might Be The Final Chapter In The Series!

It's not confirmed but God of war director Stig Asmussen said in a press breakout session the he is hoping that it might be the end of the series.

But then he clarified that the decision will be taken by the Sony Higher ups not by the developers."We have no control over that," he said. "If the company wants to do a spinoff or a sequel, that's their choice."

i am big fan of God Of War Series and i dont want it to end.. i really liked God Of War 1 and 2.. now waiting for this one, i am sure i am gona like it. the trailer is awesome

That would be a bit of a shame since it’s such a successful series, but sometimes it is actually better to stop when things are good instead of waiting for things to get bad, I guess. So I understand them, but I still think it is a shame!

well said Sufgania! i agree with u.even the developers want to end the series now.now it's upto Sony higher ups if thy wants to release another sequel.

Since it is not confirmed yet I dont worry about this time will show but ofcourse it will be very sad if God Of War 3 will be last...

That’s the right attitude to have I guess. If we would worry about all the rumors in this industry, we wouldn’t have time to do anything else. So I guess we should all wait and see what happens..

just watched the trailer of God of war 3 .... its really good as God of war 1 and 2 .... !!! waiting for this awesome game to realease ..... :P :P

but really disappointed that its the end of the series .... that shouldn't be happened ..... :S :S
