Thread: Everytime I FINALLY buy a PS <insert #>...

They come out with a newer version! By the time I bought the PS2, people were making less games for the system and concentrating on the new, stylish PS3. I bought a PS3 a couple weeks ago if only to find out from a friend that plans have been leaked for a PS4!

While it's great that we get new high-tech stuff to play with, part of me wishes we were back in the good ol' PS1 and N64 days. Those consoles seemed to last the longest. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like a new version of the playstation comes out every couple years.

Chances are..I'll buy the PS4 when it gets cheap...after a year or so. By then they'll have plans for the PS5 :(

Life's like that , maybe you can skip on buying PS (insert number) and save up more cash and buy the next version of the Playstation :p

I think it will take a while before the PS4 is actually available, so I think for now you are okay. I also don’t get why people have to have the latest version of everything (a lot of people are like this with mobile phones as well). If you like the version you have, who cares?

Indeed, a lot of the times change is good too though, we should not forget that. If nothing changed, we’d all still be playing all those 80’s games today, and I’m sure no-one would want that?
So yeah, it’s sometimes annoying that these things happen, but mostly, it’s a good thing I think!!
