Thread: How to tell if PS3 has been previously opened?

Im looking to get a used PS3, How can I tell from the outside if the machine has already been opened and tampered with?

Buy it from a reputable seller, that’s the best thing, as they wont sell stuff that has been tampered with. Some places even offer you a warranty for a certain amount of time. So I’d definitely do that instead of trying to figure these things out on my own…
